Configuring Preferences
- Click your profile avatar → Notification Settings
- Toggle channels per event type
- Click Save
Practice-Level Defaults
Principals can set organisation-wide defaults:
- Settings → Notifications
- Set default notification preferences for new users
- Individual users can override these in their own settings
