Account Manager

Account Managers are team members assigned as primary contacts for client entities. They manage client relationships, oversee compliance, and are responsible for service delivery.

Assigning Account Managers

During Entity Creation

When creating a new entity, select an Account Manager from the dropdown.

From the Entity Detail

  1. Open the entity → Profile tab
  2. Click the Account Manager field
  3. Select a team member
  4. Click Save

Bulk Reassignment

  1. Navigate to Entities list
  2. Select multiple entities using checkboxes
  3. Click Reassign Account Manager
  4. Select the new AM
  5. Click Confirm

Account Manager Dashboard

Account Managers see a personalised dashboard with:

  • My Entities — entities assigned to them
  • My Tasks — tasks for their entities
  • My Compliance — upcoming deadlines for their entities
  • My WIP — unbilled time for their entities

Workload Distribution

The Account Manager Load report shows:

Load Balancing

Use this report to identify overloaded AMs and redistribute entities for better service delivery.

Notifications

Account Managers receive notifications for:

  • New entities assigned to them
  • Overdue obligations on their entities
  • Tasks assigned to them
  • Client emails (via Smart Inbox AI matching)
