Cloud Connections
Cloud Connections centralises all your third-party integrations. Manage Gmail, Google Drive, SARS eFiling, and other connected services from one place.

Managing Connections
Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
Per-User Connections
Each team member manages their own connections:
- Gmail — connect/disconnect in Smart Inbox settings
- Google Calendar — sync compliance deadlines to personal calendar
Practice-Wide Connections
Principals manage shared connections:
- SARS eFiling — connect the practice's eFiling account
- Google Drive — connect the practice's shared Drive
Connection Status
| Status | Meaning |

| Connected | Active and syncing |
| Expired | Auth token expired — re-authenticate |
| Error | Connection failed — check logs |
| Disconnected | Not connected |
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| "Token expired" | Click Re-authenticate to refresh |
| Sync not working | Check the connection status; reconnect if needed |
| Permission denied | Ensure the Google account allows third-party apps |
| SARS timeout | SARS eFiling may be down; try again later |
