Inviting Users

Add new team members by sending them an invitation email. They'll set up their password and profile during registration.

Sending an Invitation

  1. Navigate to SettingsTeam
  2. Click + Invite User
  3. Fill in:

RoleSelect from available roles

  1. Click Send Invitation

What Happens Next

  1. The invited user receives an email with a registration link
  2. They click the link and set up their password
  3. If MFA is required by your practice, they set up an authenticator app
  4. They land on the dashboard and can start working

Invitation Status

StatusDescription
PendingInvitation sent, not yet accepted
AcceptedUser registered and is active
ExpiredInvitation expired (default: 7 days)

Resending Invitations

For pending or expired invitations:

  1. Find the user in the team list
  2. Click Resend Invitation
  3. A fresh invitation email is sent with a new expiry

Bulk Invitations

For onboarding multiple team members:

  1. Click Bulk Invite
  2. Enter email addresses (one per line or comma-separated)
  3. Select a default role
  4. Click Send All
