Inviting Users
Add new team members by sending them an invitation email. They'll set up their password and profile during registration.
Sending an Invitation
- Navigate to Settings → Team
- Click + Invite User
- Fill in:

| Hourly Rate | Optional | Their billing rate |
- Click Send Invitation
What Happens Next
- The invited user receives an email with a registration link
- They click the link and set up their password
- If MFA is required by your practice, they set up an authenticator app
- They land on the dashboard and can start working
Invitation Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Invitation sent, not yet accepted |
| Accepted | User registered and is active |
| Expired | Invitation expired (default: 7 days) |
Resending Invitations
For pending or expired invitations:
- Find the user in the team list
- Click Resend Invitation
- A fresh invitation email is sent with a new expiry
Bulk Invitations
For onboarding multiple team members:
- Click Bulk Invite
- Enter email addresses (one per line or comma-separated)
- Select a default role
- Click Send All
