Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your command centre when you log into Atlas. It gives you an instant snapshot of your practice's health across compliance, tasks, billing, and entity management.

What You'll See

KPI Widgets

The top of the dashboard shows key performance indicators:

Total EntitiesCount of active entities in your practice
Compliance RatePercentage of obligations filed on time
Outstanding WIPTotal unbilled time value (work-in-progress)
Overdue TasksNumber of tasks past their due date
Revenue MTDMonth-to-date invoiced revenue

Compliance Summary

A colour-coded panel shows your upcoming and overdue compliance deadlines:

  • 🟢 Green — Filed or up to date
  • 🟡 Yellow — Approaching deadline (within 7 days)
  • 🟠 Orange — Due today
  • 🔴 Red — Overdue

Click any item to jump directly to the obligation details.

Task Overview

Your assigned tasks are listed with status indicators:

Notifications

The bell icon (🔔) in the top bar shows recent notifications:

  • Task assigned — someone assigned you a task
  • Task completed — a task you're watching was completed
  • Chat message — new message in a chat session
  • Deadline approaching — a compliance deadline is near
  • Invite accepted — a team member accepted their invitation

Click a notification to navigate directly to the relevant item.

Role-Based Views

Different roles see different dashboard content:
