Entity Groups

Entity Groups let you organise related companies into hierarchical structures — perfect for managing corporate groups, holding companies, and subsidiaries.

Creating a Group

  1. Navigate to EntitiesEntity Groups (from the sidebar sub-menu)
  2. Click + Create Group
  3. Enter:
    • Group Name (e.g. "Smith Holdings Group")
    • Parent Entity — the holding company
  4. Click Create

Adding Subsidiaries

Once a group exists:

  1. Open the group from the Entity Groups list
  2. Click + Add Entity
  3. Search for and select the subsidiary entity
  4. Define the relationship:
    • Ownership % — percentage held by the parent
    • Relationship Type — subsidiary, associate, or joint venture

Atlas displays group structures as a visual tree:
