Entity Groups
Entity Groups let you organise related companies into hierarchical structures — perfect for managing corporate groups, holding companies, and subsidiaries.
Creating a Group
- Navigate to Entities → Entity Groups (from the sidebar sub-menu)
- Click + Create Group
- Enter:
- Group Name (e.g. "Smith Holdings Group")
- Parent Entity — the holding company
- Click Create
Adding Subsidiaries
Once a group exists:
- Open the group from the Entity Groups list
- Click + Add Entity
- Search for and select the subsidiary entity
- Define the relationship:
- Ownership % — percentage held by the parent
- Relationship Type — subsidiary, associate, or joint venture

Atlas displays group structures as a visual tree:
