Features Not Enabled in This Vertical
The Internal IT vertical is a lean internal operations setup. Many shared features documented in the Accounting section are not enabled here:
- Documents — document management is not enabled by default.
- Billing — no invoicing or payment tracking.
- Time Tracking — no billable hour logging.
- Client Portal — no external-facing portal.
- Compliance Calendar — no statutory compliance tracking.
- Contracts — no contract management.
- Broadcasts — no bulk communications.
If your organisation requires any of these modules, they can be enabled through Administration > Modules — though this vertical is designed to remain lightweight.
Note: While the linked documentation uses accounting terminology (e.g. "Client" instead of "Department"), the functionality is identical. AtlasOS automatically applies your vertical's terminology throughout the interface.
