Broadcasts

Broadcasts let you send bulk email communications to groups of entities — ideal for tax season reminders, fee announcements, or compliance notifications.

Creating a Broadcast

  1. Navigate to Smart InboxBroadcasts tab
  2. Click + New Broadcast
  3. Configure:

TemplateSelect an email template or compose from scratch
RecipientsSelect entities manually, by group, or by filter
Scheduled SendSend now or schedule for later
  1. Preview the email with merge fields filled in
  2. Click Send or Schedule

Check individual entities from the entity list.

By Filter

Filter entities and select all matching:

  • Entity type (Pty Ltd, CC, Trust, etc.)
  • Year-end month
  • Account manager
  • Compliance status

By Group

Select an entity group to send to all members.

Merge Fields

Broadcasts support merge fields that personalise each email:

Tracking

After sending, the broadcast shows:

  • Sent count — how many emails were sent
  • Open rate — percentage opened (if tracking enabled)
  • Bounce count — failed deliveries
  • Send date/time
