CPD Tracker
The CPD Tracker manages IRBA Continuing Professional Development records for all practice members. It provides per-member compliance cards, a full activity log, and configurable annual hour targets.
Dashboard Layout
KPI Cards
| KPI | Description |

| Members Tracked | Number of members with CPD records for the selected year |
| IRBA Compliant | Count of compliant vs total members (e.g. 3/5) |
| CPD Activities Logged | Total activity records for the year |
| Total Hours | Sum of all hours logged for the year |

- Dashboard — Per-member compliance cards with progress bars
- Records — Full activity log in table format
Per-Member Compliance Cards
Each team member with CPD records gets a card showing:
- Name and CPD year
- Progress bar —
total_hours / target_hours × 100%- Green (≥100%): Compliant
- Amber (≥75%): On track
- Red (<75%): Behind
- Hours breakdown — Total completed vs target, verifiable hours separate
- Compliance icon — CheckCircle if compliant, AlertTriangle if not
Logging a CPD Activity
Click Log Activity to open the form:
