Running Workflows

Once a template is defined, you can launch workflow instances for specific entities. Each instance tracks progress through the defined steps.

Starting a Workflow

  1. Navigate to Workflows in the sidebar
  2. Click + Start Workflow
  3. Select:
    • Template — which workflow to run
    • Entity — which client this workflow is for
    • Start Date — when to begin (defaults to today)
  4. Atlas generates all steps with due dates based on the template's offset rules
  5. Steps are assigned to the appropriate team members
